The customer called us, requesting their cart be repaired. The customer spoke to our mechanics, explaining how the golf cart would not charge, and was not operating properly. They were not sure if the charger was bad or the batteries. Since the unit would not move, we arranged for pick up and delivery at their site.

Once the unit was brought to our shop we began diagnosing. The first step was to test the batteries. Our technician charged the batteries and then tested them. All 4 batteries failed the test. We then alerted the client they would need to replace the batteries. It was apparent that corrosion was an issue in the battery compartment, and we advised the client we should replace the cabling between the batteries as well.

Once the estimate was approved through our client portal, our technician ordered the replacement batteries and starting making the replacement cabling to connect all the batteries.

After the new batteries arrived, we removed the old ones and installed the new ones. Once the batteries were secured down, we hooked up the series of batteries with the new cabling. Our technician than took the Club Car Golf Cart for a test drive and everything was working as it should. We hooked up the charger, and made sure the unit was charging. After completing the repairs, we  notified the customer and delivered the unit back to the apartment complex!
