Kubota Loader Service & Repair

We understand when you have a piece of farm equipment such as a Kubota Loader L3901, it is important that its service and repair is handled properly! This is a machine that is relied on heavily in the agricultural industry. Between its 3 point hitch and loader feature, there are many operations for it on the farm! One of our clients requested we pick up their equipment on site and complete its 500 hour service. The dealership they originally bought the unit from was several hours away and they wanted to partner with a local company. We always appreciate the opportunity to work with our local farmers and made it happen!

Our client informed us that the unit was used on his farm quite frequently and he wanted to make sure his unit was in good working condition for all of his employees use. We were asked to go over the whole machine. This included an oil change, oil filter change, fuel filter replacement, and complete hydraulic service! Our mechanic ordered all of the Kubota replacement fluids and filters and got to work!

Kubota L3901 Loader Routine Service

The 500 hour service was completed once all the parts and consumables arrived. Once this was complete we always take the unit out into the yard and test it! We run the throttle up and down, test the loader features, and drive it around for awhile to make sure all the fluids are good to go.  After completing the repairs, we  notified the customer via our online portal . We then scheduled delivery of the unit back out to their farm. They were very happy to get back to using their Kubota Loader!
